Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price charged; there are no fees added afterwards. Payment is taken through PayPal at the moment you approve the order. We never see or store your card number.

Stock

Each dress is listed with the sizes actually on hand. In the rare case two people buy the last of a size at the same moment, we will contact you and refund in full within two business days.

Shipping

See Shipping & returns. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.

Cancellations

Email us before the shipping label is printed and we will cancel and refund in full. Once a label exists, the return process applies instead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the shop is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the day you order.
