Shipping & returns

How long it takes

Orders leave within two business days of payment. Everything ships USPS Priority Mail from within the United States, which is typically one to three days in transit after that.

You get one email when the order is placed and a second one, with the tracking number, as soon as the shipping label is printed. Both go to the address you entered at checkout.

Where we ship

United States addresses only, including PO boxes. We do not ship internationally right now.

If a package is late or missing

USPS tracking is the first place to look; the link is in your shipping email and on the order tracking page. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email hello@catulie.com with your order number and we will open a case with USPS.

Returns and exchanges

Before launch: Catulie needs to confirm the returns window, who pays return postage, and whether sale items are final. This section is a placeholder until she does — do not make the site public with this text in place.

Write to hello@catulie.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we can tell you where to ship it.

Damaged or wrong item

Email a photo and your order number within seven days of delivery and we will make it right at our cost.
